Jukkokutoge, or "Ten Provinces Pass", got its name from the fact that it
offers views facing ten of Japan's feudal provinces: Izu, Suruga, Totomi, Kai,
Shinano, Sagami, Musashi, Kazusa, Shimousa, and Awa. On a clear day, you can
enjoy 360-degree views of Mt. Fuji, the Southern Japanese Alps, Suruga Bay,
the Shonan coast, and the Miura Peninsula. If the weather is good, you may
even be able to see the Boso Peninsula in Chiba Prefecture
