We meet at a nearby meeting point on the ring road in Bophut at 4.15 pm and we will be greeted with a welcome drink made from organic fruits grown in the gardens or our separate farm. We then take a tour of the gardens where we harvest fresh ingredients in a season which we can use in class. Before cooking starts you will learn about the ingredients used in the class, some of which will be collected from the gardens. Cooking is carried out using traditional tools and techniques. We cook using charcoal. Guests will learn to cook three dishes, which can be agreed upon in advance, before eating their creations on the kitchen terrace with views over the Koh Phangan. Please note that to book the Private Class, you need to book for a minimum of 6 people, even if there are fewer of you attending.
