This is a group tour and the car will be shared with other passengers. The car will be arranged according to the number of participants.
In case the number of participants is fewer than 15, the driver/tour coordinator will provide the service alone. After arriving at each spot, passengers are free to visit on their own.
Infants under the age of 3 who do not occupy a seat do not need to purchase a ticket. One adult can bring one infant who does not occupy a seat.
For large luggage, each passenger is limited to one 28-inch suitcase per person.
This tour includes long-distance transportation. Those who have unstable physical condition (such as pregnancy, etc.) should evaluate their own health and decide on participating.
Due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, the itinerary may change and attractions may cancelled.
Minimum of 15 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 4 day(s) prior to departure.
In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be informed 1 day(s) (at 18:00 local time) prior to departure by e-mail.
Please arrive at designated location 20 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time.
Please arrive at the meeting place on time. If you are late for the meeting time, it will be regarded as the voluntary abandonment, and there will be no refund or compensation.
Passengers who leave the tour group and withdraw from the tour activities after the tour has started cannot request a refund of the tour fee.
The above itinerary is an estimated arrival time, and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid arranging activities that night.
Depending on the road conditions on the day, the departure time and route of each sightseeing location may be adjusted. No refund will be given for changes in the itinerary and cancellation of attractions due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather.
Please fasten your seat belt and remain seated while on board. Please note that you cannot get on or off the bus in the middle of the journey.
When a small number of people join the group, no tour leader will be sent, and the driver will serve as the accompanying personnel alone throughout the tour.
If cannot go to Shiraito Falls due to weather factors, will go to Kumano Emperor Taijinja Shrine instead.
The weather conditions will slightly affect the flower viewing period or maple viewing period. Please note that after the tour is confirmed, the tour will depart regardless of the flower/foliage situation.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 72 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 11 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 11 days before the date of selection.
