- The Complex is closed every Mondays for ground maintenance.
- The Tourism Office opens 8:00 AM on weekdays and 9:00 AM on weekends. Hence, the tour will start and end later during weekends.
- To access the Complex, bookings should be confirmed at least 48 hours before the travel date.
- Not wheelchair accessible.
- Travelers should have a moderate fitness level.
- Not recommended for travelers with the following conditions: Pregnant , Heart or serious medical conditions, Mobility impairments
- In case the weather is rainy, the Museum prohibits access to the caves for safety.
- This tour includes a walk on a 1.2-kilometer boardwalk.
- This tour involves walking on a mountainous terrain.
