Highlights

Step into a magical winter wonderland based in the heart of nature, a few hours away from the lively hub of Rovaniemi. Korouoma transforms into a frozen paradise each winter and charms visitors with its spellbinding views of beautiful frozen waterfalls.


The adventure starts with a scenic drive in a minivan from Rovaniemi to Korouoma. You will hike along the stunning trails that lead to the majestic waterfalls. Midway, you will enjoy a traditional Lappish barbecue, complimented by a heartwarming drink.


After covering a distance of 4 to 5 km, you will be amazed by the spectacular sight of the frozen waterfalls. If fortune favors, you might even spot adventurers climbing the icy cliffs.


This trip is more than just a hike; it's a magical winter escapade designed to fascinate you and create lasting memories.
