Each booking accommodates a session for up to six people.
Upon booking confirmation, your professional photographer will be assigned within 24 hours, and the contact details will be sent to you via email.
Coordinate directly with the photographer to finalise your preferred photo shoot timeslot, as well as the meeting point and time. For efficiency, meeting your photographer directly at your chosen location is advisable. While multi-location shoots are possible, they are not recommended for maximising your photography time.
Within 24 hours after your photo shoot, you will receive an email notification when all photos are uploaded to an online platform. Browse and select images for editing, and get alerted once the high-resolution edited photos are ready for download.

I am sending this review only to help future users. I used this service because of the trust I had on Singapore airlines and the standard I expected from them. This turned out to be a total waste of time. The photographers are total amateurs and they had minimum experience in professional photography. The output was a total disappointment and especially after spending hours and walking so much. Angles and framing were totally off. In this modern day and age there are many ways to deliver a decent output with any limitations but this was a total disappointment. We take part in some activities expecting they will have life long positive impact and this was supposed to be one such but instead this was a total waste of time. Please don’t disappoint us with such sub standard work. Spend more effort of output than on advertisements.
