Pre Purchase
Nationals from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, and Taiwan can drive if a Japanese translation of their driving license is available.

Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the meeting point
You MUST have all three documents below:
Your original driving license from your home country
An International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the Geneva Convention 1949 (from your home country)

The IDP must be in booklet form, not paper
