Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong's Clipper Lounge buffet dinner features a rich
array of festive dishes, including roasted premium beef short ribs and roasted
turkey; fresh, sustainable seafood such as Boston lobster, snow crab legs, and
European brown crab, and Asian cooking stations offering Hainanese chicken,
Cantonese soy sauce chicken, and Singapore laksa noodles. Also on the menu is
variety of Japanese sashimi and sushi, as well as a selection of cooked dishes
such as baked miso halibut and stir-fried lobster claws with black pepper
sauce. For dessert, enjoy traditional Christmas baked goods like English
fruitcake, German Christstollen, traditional dark chocolate Yule log cake, and
Mandarin's iconic 1963 Mandarin Cheesecake
