Smooth transaction, on time departures
Well organized!
Would have provided 0 Stars if possible. The return bus was overbooked by service provider which led to lengthy delays and we were given unhelpful options of taking a public bus back or waiting for an Hour when it was already 630pm to get back to NYC. There was no option given to honor pre-booked timing of 6.30pm. Would strongly recommend other service providers.
