Trains run from 4:30 in the morning to midnight, with up to 4 trains every hour. The Cinque Terre Express makes traveling between Vernazza and La Spezia easy.
In La Spezia, visit the 1800s maritime arsenal and the Technical Naval Museum, which features ship models and navigational instruments. La Spezia is one of the largest commercial ports in the Ligurian Sea.
In Vernazza, you can see the main attractions in a single day before catching a late train back.
