Highlights
Embark on an exhilarating adventure aboard a RIB speedboat, faster than the wind, and set sail into Skjálfandi Bay. This picturesque bay is home to a diverse array of 24 whale species, offering a high probability of encountering these magnificent sea behemoths. From approximately April 15 to August 20, seize the opportunity to visit Puffin Island. With around 70% of Arctic Puffins nesting around Iceland, wildlife enthusiasts are in for a treat. Witness thousands of puffins flocking to the island during the summer, and keep a lookout for whales and porpoises along the way.

Please show your smartphone ticket to the staff at Gentle Giants ticket office (with the big blue flags)
The check-in is at least 30 minutes before the departure
If no whales or dolphins are seen on the tour, you will be offered a voucher for a traditional whale watching tour on oak boats free of charge, however, no refund is given

We recommend bringing your own warm and waterproof clothes, footwear, and protective bags for cameras as it can be cold and wet out at sea
