Child Policy
Child ticket is required for age from 2 up to 14 years old
Children up to the age of 2 do not require a ticket
All children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older

The ticket is valid for a selected date and time
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket. If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on if there is space available. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience.
Adult ticket is required for ages 15+ years old
Family Bundle is for 2 Adults + 2 Children
The exhibit is wheelchair accessible; however, due to the nature of the experience, some parts of this experience may be less suited to customers with physical access requirements. These include the Sunset Beach room which contains a ball pit, and the Pillow Fight room.
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Weapons, smoking, vaping, drugs, and food & beverage are strictly prohibited.
