You are required to exchange the pass at the designated counters located at the airport or Namba Station. The E-voucher is NOT valid for boarding.

Child Policy
Free of charge: Children under six years of age.
Children under six years of age, must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
Only adult tickets are available, children aged under 12 are eligible for this product as well, please purchase a child ticket (6 - 11 years old) on the site.
Good to know
If you exchange from January 1 to March 31, the 2-day pass is available for 2 optional days until April 30 in the same year.
If you exchange from April 1 to December 31, the 2-day pass is available for 2 optional days until April 30 in the next year.
All reserved vouchers have to be exchanged together, not partially.
If you are to print out the voucher, please make sure to print out all instructions below the QR code, not just the QR code itself. We cannot exchange it for the train ticket with only the QR code.
If the limited express is already full by the time of your arrival, please note that you may not be able to take the designated train.
Additional charge is required for limited express trains with reserved seats.
Exchange voucher for your train tickets at the Nankai Electric Railway ticketing counters at least 30 minutes before boarding the train.
Voucher Use
You are required to exchange the pass at the designated counters located at the airport or Namba Station. The E-voucher is NOT valid for boarding.
