Particularly, our tuna is sourced from the specialized tuna wholesaler, 'Yamakou,' which receives orders from upscale sushi shops in Ginza and various establishments nationwide.
Please enjoy our special 'Aka Shari' made with red vinegared rice. We serve a variety of sushi that you can't find at other sushi restaurants, such as kobujime, abalone, and other seasonal ingredients, to each and every one of our customers with care.
