The pick-up time is from 4:00 am to 5:00 am so we can reach the destination before the whale shark activity closes.

To protect the local ecosystem, please do not touch the whale sharks and do not apply sunscreen before swimming. Travellers are advised to wear long-sleeved clothes for UV protection. Follow the safety instructions and keep an appropriate distance from the whale sharks. Any violation may result in fines and penalties
