After a short minibus ride into the beautiful Montsant Natural Park, we set you up with bikes and helmets and let the fun begin. This tour is all about easy cycling — mostly downhill and freewheeling along quiet, smooth, safe tarmac roads. No stress, no traffic, just smiles and spectacular mountain views.

  • Salou Downhill Bikes

    Short practise run to allocate bikes and to go through some safety instructions.

  • Parc Natural de la Serra de Montsant

    3 hoursAdmission Ticket Free
    After the practice run our airconditioned minibuses driven by our guides will take you up into the mountains. It's an approx. 20 min ride. From the top of the mountain you will take a downhill bike run on paved roads with very little traffic. On your way down you will pass through some small rural villages and take in the beautiful scenery.
