the route and the narration was very good. Ample outside space for viewing, as well as indoor space to hide from the chilly wind.

Luggage is not allowed aboard
Strollers are allowed, but will be folded and stored in the salon for the duration of the cruise. Kids must be removed from strollers prior to boarding
Pre Purchase
Kids under 5 can join for free, no ticket required.
Usage
Present your smartphone ticket at the dock
Departure is at the Southeast corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge. Look out for the blue awning at the top of the stairway!
Please arrive between 15 to 30 minutes before the departure time
Make sure to check in at least 15 minutes prior to departure
Boats may leave 5 to 8 minutes early due to high traffic in the Chicago Harbor Locks
Please research directions to the dock in advanced as Google Maps and GPS tend to lose signal
