Highlights

This exciting day trip starts at 7:00 AM with a visit to Shai Hills Resource Reserve for a mini-safari, where you'll spot wildlife like antelopes and baboons. The adventure continues at Royal Senchi Resort, where you’ll enjoy a scenic boat cruise on the Volta Lake, with views of the Adomi Bridge and a chance to observe local fishermen along the banks.

    Visit the Shai Hills Reserve which combines nature conservation, rich cultural and archaeological sites with splendid scenic beauty. Trek through the Savannah plains to view West Africa’s big game: antelopes, bushbucks, krobs, baboons, monkeys, and many bird species including the crested eagle, ground hornbill, blank bellied bustard and more. Visit the Obonu Tem & Se Yo Caves which serve as home to many animals, notably insectivorous bats. Learn about the various artifacts that have been found on this very site (homeland to the Krobo people)
