  • Certain slopes may be closed due to weather conditions, and this will not be a valid reason for cancellation or refund
  • Depending on reservation status, assignment to a tower condo instead of a hotel may occur; this also will not be a valid reason for cancellation or refund
  • The minimum age for skiing or snowboarding is 5 years old. For safety reasons, children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. KKday is not responsible for any incidents during the trip, so securing insurance is advised
  • All tickets (passes, rentals, admission to attractions, etc.) cannot be re-issued
