Your journey begins with a quick transfer from your accommodation in Koh Samui to the Cookery school, with pick up roughly 20-30 minutes before your scheduled start time. Chanita's mountainside cookery school and restaurant. Here you can learn to cook that favorite Thai recipe. We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food with our certified Thai teacher. We will cook an appetizer, soup or curry, main course, and banana in coconut cream for dessert.
