This experience is all about promoting wellness for your body, mind and soul through a full-body workout and a relaxing meditation session in the great outdoors.
You'll have the chance to spot a variety of birds, immerse yourself in lush greenery, enjoy breathtaking views around Las Isletas, and take a refreshing swim in the lake's warm waters in front of Volcano Mombacho.
You'll receive personalized assistance throughout the entire experience.
Our instructor is certified in SUP and Wellness.
We offer you 3 different schedules, 3 unique experiences:
4:30 am - Enjoy the Sunrise
8 am - Get your Vit D
3 pm - Relax at Sunset
Itinerary
Marina Cocibolca
Relax, connect with nature and delight in amazing views from the placid waters of Lake Cocibolca, while enjoying a full-body workout while you glide at the foot of the Mombacho volcano through Las Isletas. You will see birds, monkeys, and lush vegetation all around. We start our experience with a Stretching Session and SUP Lesson right at the Marina. Then, we hop on our boards and cruise over to Monkey Island, where we can feed those little guys some tasty fruits. After that, we get to a beautiful and calm spot on the lake for our Meditation Session. Next, we keep paddling to explore Las Isletas. We take a break in front of the impressive Mombacho Volcano, where you can relax on your board, swim, have your snacks and drinks, and snap some great photos. Finally, we paddle back to the Marina. On our way back to town by car, we make a cool stop at the Malecon (beachside walk) for some refreshing Natural Coconut Water. We offer you this experience in English, Portuguese and Spanish, at 8 am & 3 pm. You will get: Round-trip Transfer from your hotel in Granada, All the SUP Equipment, SUP lesson, Guided tour, Meditation session, Water refill, Photos & Coconut water!

You may want to bring sunscreen, a hat, a towel, sandals, and a change of clothes, just in case. Feel free to bring snacks and cold drinks; we can carry them for you in a cooler, just please let us know in advance.
Children 7 to 09 years old will share the board with their parents or the instructor. If the child goes on a board by themselves they will pay the adult price.
We exclusively provide the services and products outlined in the description. Snacks, cold beverages, eating utensils, or any other accessories you may desire during the experience are your responsibility to bring. We appreciate your understanding and preparedness for a delightful experience!
Not recommended for travelers that are not familiar to swimming at all or are afraid of water.
