  • Cancellation Policy: No cancellations or refunds are accepted within 48 hours before departure
  • Group Lessons: Each group lesson accommodates 15-20 participants with arrangements subject to the supplier's discretion on the activity day
  • Bus Waiting Time: Buses wait for 5 minutes during the designated assembly time. Latecomers won't be rescheduled or refunded. Delays of 10-15 minutes may occur
  • Collision Incidents: In case of collisions during skiing, on-site translation assistance is provided, but individuals involved must cover medical or compensation costs
  • Ski Area Regulations: Walking on ski slopes with equipment is prohibited for safety reasons. Access is limited to the dining area for non-skiers
  • Change Fee: Changes to reservation details within 24 hours incur a JYP2,000 handling fee per person. Verify participant count and date before booking
  • Ski Equipment Reservation: Ski equipment must be reserved in advance. On-site changes are not allowed. Refund requests for cable car tickets are recommended in advance
  • Child Policy: Children under 3 travel free without a seat. Proof and notification during booking are required. Failure to notify may result in a JYP7,500 transportation fee
  • Contact Information: Provide real-time contact details for pre-departure confirmation
  • Emergency Contact: Call +886-965746162 for emergencies or location issues. Assistance is available in Chinese and English
  • Entry Issues: No refunds for cancellations due to personal issues preventing entry into Japan (e.g., lack of visa)
  • Rescheduling Fee: Guests requesting rescheduling due to personal reasons pay an on-site fee of JPY2,000 per person

For guests requesting rescheduling due to personal reasons, a rescheduling fee of JPY2,000 per person applies and must be paid in cash on-site
