Special luggage such as sports equipment, musical instruments, wheelchairs, etc. will not be accommodated
Child seat is available for a surcharge upon request, please update us if child seat as required
If your flight is delayed, send an email/message to your driver to check their availability. An overtime surcharge will apply
Only bottled water is allowed on the vehicle. Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
Please note: An overtime surcharge may apply for waiting time that exceeds 90 minutes from the scheduled flight landing time
Free waiting time: Driver will wait up to 90 minutes after landing
