The INTRODUCTION TO FREEDIVING named AIDA 1 takes a bit less than an entire day and includes: Theory: explanation on the physiology of freediving, what happens in our body when we hold our breath and how to safely improve our breath holding capability. Pool: static apnea (holding our breath while face down at the surface of the water) Open water: duck diving and free immersion in the open water No prerequisite except for to know how to swim and being comfortable in water What is included?
