Highlights
We will connect with our bodies, relax our minds, explore movement and enjoy the view and the sunset. After connecting to our emerging senses and thanking our bodies, we will have the opportunity to taste some fresh fruit and tea, with an amazing view of the Acropolis. Afterwards , you will feel free, full of energy and calmness, and ready to enjoy a walk in the picturesque streets of the center of Athens.

Book an outdoor yoga~pilates session with an Acropolis view during sunset. This yoga~pilates session is designed to make you feel lighter, grounded and connected to your breath,mind and soul. Away from the busy everyday life, attending this session can be a beautiful gift to yourself! It will increase your productivity and make you feel stress free. My goal during our time together is to make you feel safe, secure, and confident. All levels are welcome!
