Bitterly disappointing, considering it's the Sheraton. The place was incredibly run down, the afternoon tea was very ordinary, even pathetic. Even the sofa was threadbare with stains, the floors ripped, the crockery ordinary at best. The tea was served with no milk and I had to go walk around to find someone to ask for milk. The place was a big, dull, empty hall with a bar in the middle and no staff in sight. The last place I'd expect to have an afternoon tea. The staff were nice, but not around half the time. And worst of all they had no clue about the booking or Pelago. That took half an hour to sort out, trying to answer the 'So, how will you be paying' questions.
