Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation: Cardiac disease, Acrophobia, Pregnancy, Epilepsy.
Health declaration can be taken through mobile apps and provided to Ba Den's staff by QR Code, or you can come and finish a physical health declaration.
Please ensure 5K measures advised by The Ministry of Health of Vietnam when entering the complex.
Alcoholic beverages and food from outside are not allowed inside the complex.
Should the amount of visitors entering the complex exceeds distancing measure, Sun World Ba Den can suspend visitors' entrance.
Each cable cabin and food stalls serve 50% of their maximum capacity.
