Travel to Vietnam is not possible with a Korean emergency passport (single-entry passport) - It may not be possible to travel back and forth between Korea and Vietnam with an emergency passport (single-entry passport), so if you are traveling to Vietnam for tourism purposes, please be sure to prepare a multiple passport (electronic passport).

• This is a paid airport-hotel pick-up/drop-off service that can be reserved in advance and used exclusively.
  
• The pickup/sanding option is available only to customers who have purchased the Airtel option.
• If you purchase only the pickup/sanding option, it will be automatically cancelled.
• If you are unable to meet at the scheduled time due to a flight delay, please contact <Customer Center>. *No additional charge
• Please enter the exact number of luggage in the <Requests> field when making a reservation.
• Car seats are not provided in the vehicle.
• If your flight is canceled due to force majeure (terrorism, war, natural disaster, bad weather, etc.), you can receive a refund if you provide proof of this.

• Please be informed that special terms and conditions for overseas travel apply to reservations and cancellations of this product.
• In case of application of special terms and conditions, a higher cancellation fee than the standard terms and conditions may be charged, so be sure to check the detailed cancellation fee charging criteria.
  - If cancellation is notified before departure confirmation after purchase: Full refund
  - If cancellation is notified 1 day before departure: 200,000 won per person refund
  - If cancellation is notified on the day of departure: No refund

• If you only enter the representative's name, you will not be able to check in to the hotel. Please make sure to enter the English names of all guests.
• Since this product is booked in real time, if the date you have booked closes early, you may not be able to make a reservation. (If you are unable to make a reservation, you will be notified individually.)
• [Single Charge] Airtel option rates are based on 2 people per room, so if you are using it by 1 person, you must purchase the 'Single Charge' option for 1 person and pay an additional fee to use it.

• Up to 1 child under 6 years old can stay in a room with parents and enjoy free breakfast.

• For extra beds, on-site additions and on-site additional payments are not possible.

✈️ Flight Ticket Information

• This product is a special fare that includes fuel surcharge + tax + 15 kg of checked baggage (see 'Baggage Regulations' below).
• You must accurately enter the required information (English name on passport/date of birth/gender) of all actual passengers. If the information is missing or incorrect, boarding will not be possible and you will be held responsible.
• Your passport must have at least 6 months remaining from the departure date.
• Adult and child fares are the same. (Adult/child age standard: 2 years old or older, Infant age standard: under 2 years old) *Age as of boarding date
• Children (ages 2 to 12) and infants (under 2) cannot use the service alone, so they must be accompanied by an adult. *Age as of boarding date
• This product is a special fare, so mileage accrual, itinerary changes, and ticket transfers are not permitted.
• This product does not include in-flight meals.
• We comply with the terms and conditions of sale of Eastar Jet.

[ Baggage Regulations ]

• This product is a special fare that includes 1 piece of checked baggage per adult/child (total weight of 15 kg or less, total length of 203 cm or less) + 1 piece of carry-on baggage (total weight of 10 kg or less, total length of 115 cm or less).
• For special baggage such as golf clubs or bicycles, please contact the airline customer center (Eastar Jet 1544-0080).
• Infants are not provided with baggage.

[ How to use airline tickets ]

• Flight times and number of flights may change due to airline and local circumstances. Please check departure/arrival times in advance on the Eastar Airlines website.
• Please visit the 'Eastar Jet Counter' at the airport on the day of your flight with the e-ticket you received via email, present your passport, and complete the check-in process.
• All passengers actually boarding the flight must carry their passports on the day of boarding.
• Check-in closes 60 minutes before international departure, so please arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure for international flights (3 hours before for Incheon Airport).
