  • Please book this service before 6:00pm (GMT+8) the day before departure and remark your Flight No.
  • Please remark your Flight No. Once the order is confirmed, it will not be returned or exchanged
  • Staff will inform you of the exact pick-up time and vehicle model at least one day before departure
  • Please turn on your mobile phone or connect to the airport's free Wi-Fi service after landing and the driver will contact you. Please go to the pick-up and drop-off area in the No. 4 parking lot to get on the car after finish collecting luggage
  • After the flight landed, there was a free waiting time of 75 minutes, and the waiting fee was $120 for every half hour thereafter. The waiting fees must be paid in cash
  • The free waiting time for departure transfer service is 25 minutes, and the waiting fee is $120 for every half hour thereafter. The waiting fees must be paid in cash
  • If you need a pick-up sign service, the fee is $100/sign (please state in remarks section)
  • HKD$80 per piece of additional luggage (Please state in remarks section)
  • The itinerary includes the basic tunnel fee, but does not include the Western Harbor Tunnel and Tai Lam Tunnel. If you specify to travel through these tunnel, please make up the difference and pay in cash
  • For additional stops on the way, $80 per point will be charged in cash
  • Additional night service fee of $200 is required between 23:30-06:30 and the service fees must be paid in cash (please state in remarks section)
  • HKD$300 service charge on special days: from the first to the third day of Chinese New Year, December 24- 26, New Year's Day on December 31 and January 1. The service fees must be paid in cash
  • Bad weather special arrangements: Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below / Red Rainstorm Warning Signal: pick up and drop off as usual, but the pick-up time may be delayed due to traffic jams
  • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal: Our company is obliged to protect the safety of drivers and customers. Services will be suspended if necessary
  • Pick-up and drop-off services will be re-arranged individually
  • Child seat (not available during the period of Covid-19)
