We arrived like 2 minutes before the scheduled start show. 1 of the representative contacted me if Im on my way and even hold a Pelago name signage with my name to ensure I did not get lost on the location finding the ticket guy. Show was fantastic. The whole thing was so smooth without any issues!
Great! We could not make it on original date but then the ticket seller proactively offered us the following day.
Seamless experience. A Pelago representative contacted us beforehand to arrange our arrival time and handed over the tickets. The show was great, not tourist-made but rather authentic and it is a storytelling of one episode of Balinese traditional culture. The performance lasted about an hour, well performed and easy to follow as everyone gets a performance description, available in multiple languages. Great performance overall
Excellent
We booked the Barong & Kris Dance Pura Puseh and we go the Barong & Kris Dance Jambe Budaya. Not happy at all about it! We booked the best one out there and got a decent but not nearly as good one. Pretty much scammed and very upset about it. My daughter kept telling me how the Pura Puseh one is better than that one. And the guide we met kept saying there was a problem with booking the real one but it was obviously a lie and a scam.
