The travel pass includes one day of unlimited train rides on all Seibu Lines except the Tamagawa Line and one round trip bus ride between the north exit of Hanno Station and Metsa or between the east exit of Higashi-hanno Station and Metsa. The admission ticket and travel pass must be utilised on the same day.

Moominvalley Park, inspired by Tove Jansson's Swedish comic "Mumintrollen," faithfully recreates the enchanting world of Moomin. Children under 4 years are free of charge at Moominvalley Park.
Children under 6 years are free of charge at the Seibu line.
Good to know
The travel pass is not valid for Japanese citizens.
The bus ticket included in the travel pass may be used on buses operated by Seibu Bus, Kokusai Kogyo Bus, and Eagle Bus.
Redeem your travel pass at the SEIBU Tourist Information Centre Ikebukuro in Ikebukuro Station between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Both your admission ticket and travel pass are valid within two weeks of the exchange date.
