Highlights

Hiyama, which has been awarded a Michelin star for over 10 years in a row, is a famous Tokyo restaurant loved by lovers of the world's finest authentic sukiyaki. Opened in 1935, we serve the best beef of the day for foodies who demand the finest. Their signature dish, sukiyaki, is made with high-quality Japanese black beef. To bring out the quality of the meat, we serve it with a combination of homemade sauce, local ingredients such as Hokkaido vegetables and tofu, and seasonal flavors. We also offer Hokkaido wine pairings with dishes and Hiyama brand sake tasting sets.

Minimum charter amount: 1 million yen (tax excluded)
Corkage fee: 10,000 yen per bottle (tax included)
Cancellation policy: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours. Cancellation fees will be charged to guests even during busy periods.
Allergy-friendly: We do not accept guests with severe allergies.
Age restriction: Reservations for courses are accepted from customers aged 7 years or older. We do not provide special meals for children. If guests under the age of 7 are present, reservations must be made from 4:00 p.m. (from December to the end of March)
One course choice per table
Customers with 4 or more people will be limited to private or semi-private rooms. Please contact us directly at the restaurant.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 2 days.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
