- Travelers must present the KKday e-voucher/printed voucher or booking reference number to pick up the portable Wi-Fi at the SmileWifi service counter (office hours: 24 hours a day, every day)
- The deposit of ฿1,000/device can be paid by cash or credit card
- If you pay the deposit with a credit card, you can choose to refund via credit card or cash, please inform our staff at the counter.
- Cancellation must be requested at least one working day before the pickup, otherwise, the necessary cancellation fee will be charged
- An additional surcharge will be applied for early pickup or late returns, to be calculated and paid on-site upon return
