Highlights
Embark on an immersive journey through the newest Scotch whisky distillery, the Port of Leith Distillery. Explore the intricate process of whisky production, from the copper stills on the main floor to the fascinating production levels. The upper part of the building offers a delightful experience for visitors, featuring a taste-testing floor, a charming shop and reception, and exclusive dining rooms. The highlight of the distillery is the magnificent double-tiered bar on the 8th and 9th levels, offering panoramic views of the Firth of Forth, extending to Fife and curving back over Edinburgh.
