- Full refunds will be granted if the tour is cancelled at least 3 days prior to reservation
- Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to reservation
- Operational hours are subject to change due to severe weather or other external factors; reservations cannot be cancelled on the day of the tour
- Adult rates apply to children aged from 4–12 years old. Admission is free for children aged under 4 years; please provide the necessary documents for verification
