We will meet together at the pool, which is outside in a beautiful paradise spot and we will start by sitting down and talking and exploring how you will most benefit from this session in the water Aguahara originates from ancient Oriental therapies in the water and is characterized by one-on-one sessions in which you are continuously supported whilst I gently move, stretch, cradle and massage you in the water. You just simply close your eyes and let yourself be taken on a wonderful one-on-one 1 – 1.5 hour healing journey – deep relaxation, letting go of the mind, tensions melting away, blockages and stress releasing.
