After booking on KKday, customers may reserve seats via the official website in advance or present the eMCO voucher to the Green ticket counters or automatic ticket machines in JR Kyushu Stations
Fees for reserved seats via the official website: JP¥1,500 per adult ticket; JP¥750 per child ticket
If a customer reserves a sea at a Green ticket counter or automatic ticket machine after arrival in Kyushu, no surcharges will incur provided the following requirements are met: All Kyushu: no requirements / North Kyushu: free of charge for 6 times / South Kyushu: free of charge for 6 times
Free cancellation is available before the voucher is exchanged into a physical JR Pass. Regarding cancellation, you must cancel the entire order as partial cancellation is not possible.
