eSIM must be scanned and used 90 days from the date of purchase. Expired eSIMs are not refundable or extendable.
eSIM can only be scanned ONCE. Please scan eSIM QR code on the intended phone and do not delete eSIM until the end of your trip.
Deleted eSIMs or eSIMs scanned on the wrong device cannot be undone, recovered or replaced.

Easy purchase and activation process - clear instructions. Network is reliable and I’m always connected and did not have any problems even outside of the city. Great value!
Scan or upload the QR while in Airport at Bangkok. Did not encounter any problems while using it and has 5G signal for faster speeds.
