Purchase Notice
- Children below 3 years old can participate for free, provided they do not occupy a seat. Please note that their entrance fees are not included. Proof of age is required, and each group may bring only one child free of charge. When booking, kindly specify the number of children in your party in the 'Notes' section
- Skiers must be at least 7 years old. Those under 7 can enjoy the Sledding package or the Transportation Only package
- There may be queues, as the skiing package is a group activity
- No changes can be made to bookings that have received an early discount.
- The early discount applies exclusively to the ski and sledding packages and does not include the Transportation Only package
Reminders
A minimum of 8 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Children below 3 years old can participate for free but please note their participation in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking and provide verification documents. Failure to inform in advance or match the child's age in the order will incur a KRW 30,000 transport fee per guest
An additional fee of KRW 20,000 per traveler applies to rescheduling your departure date within 3 days of the original date. This fee must be paid on-site on the day of the tour
Please arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes before the pick-up time. Latecomers will not be able to join the tour and will not be able to request order changes, cancellations, or refund
The actual pick-up time may be delayed 10–15 minutes due to traffic conditions
The festival schedule and farm opening times are subject to weather conditions on the day of the tour. If the attraction closes after the tour has commenced, alternative attractions will be arranged, and travelers will not be eligible for a refund
Travelers must provide a messaging app contact so the tour guide can reach out for confirmation before the tour (LINE/WeChat: Please enable "Allow others to add me")
For any emergencies on the day of the tour (such as difficulty finding the meeting point), please contact +886-965746-162 for assistance
It is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity
Please note that all tours do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and hazards; guests must assess their own health and abilities, as responsibility for any physical damage or injury caused by unforeseen factors cannot be assumed
Lunch is not included in the itinerary. It is recommended to bring your own lunch or dine at a location suggested by the tour guide. The Korean seaweed souvenirs mentioned in the itinerary can be purchased freely after the trip
