Highlights

If the number of children under the age of 3 who do not occupy a seat is not indicated in advance and resulting in insufficient seats in the car, you will be refused to board the car and the fee will not be refunded.
Driver-guide service (fine small group of 1-13 people）Driver+ guide service： bus group of 14-45 people, the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day).
Reference model: 5-8-seater car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14-seater car: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22-seater car: minibus; 22-seater car or more: large bus. It will be adjusted according to the actual number of people.
Minimum of 4 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 3 day(s) prior to departure.
In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be informed 1 day(s) (at 18:00 local time) prior to departure by e-mail.
Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time.
Elderly people, patients with high blood pressure, heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases, pregnant women, etc., are recommended to be accompanied by relatives.
This itinerary does not accept individual reservation for participants under the age of 18. Please make a reservation with the guardian.

Please note that no fee will be refunded for non-participation or cancellation of the tour due to personal problems, lateness and other reasons.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 96 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 96 hours before the date of selection.
