Our assigned driver was very nice and helpful. He was kind to introduce the history of some places of interest and suggest alternatives to save our time. He even took the train after his work to return my misplaced ipad which we left in the car earlier without charging us extra. Able to communicate via whatapps. Very convenient.

Driver was very nice, pick up on time and plan the route onboard. Listed few places that I would like to visit, and he suggested on the route to visit first which I am totally fine with that. Communication was done well at each drop off/pick up. Thanks for the extra effort for driving out to somewhere for lunch where seating is much easier for the elderly! Thanks for bringing us around. Would totally recommend this service if you want to visit mount fuji!

The car was spacious for 7 adults and 2 children. There was still ample space at the boot for a pram. The driver is bilingual in Mandarin and japanese. We communicated via WhatsApp. They will usually provide the driver contact and pickup location timing one day prior to your booking date. My driver was reliable and trustworthy. You can actually consult them for alternate place of interest.
