we will learn how to ride a scooter with basic of riding a bicycle. firstly you will ride a bike(powered bike) that have the same basic like a scooter.then when you manage to ride that bike you will learn to ride a scooter. and i will teach you local rule as well, like street rule and how to avoid problem with the police.
