  • Blue Temple Chiang Rai

    Next journey to the Chiang Rai Blue Temple which is home to an enormous seated Buddha. According to ancient legends wild tigers lived on the exact same land centuries ago.

  • Wat Saengkaew Bodhiyan (The Temple of Light)

    The final stop will be at the breathtaking Wat Saengkaew Bodhiyan, also known as "The Temple of Light." This serene and culturally significant destination promises to be a highlight of your trip, offering a unique insight into local traditions and spirituality.

    Pick up and Drop off for Join-In Tour:
    Customers located in the central city of Chiang Mai (within 2km radius of Tha Pae Gate) and the surrounding areas of the Old City Wall in Chiang Mai Province including Chang Klan Road, Thapae Road, Wualai Road in zones of the Night Bazaar, Ton Lam Yai Market, and Warorot Market (Kad Luang).
    Pick up and Drop off for Private Tour:
    Customers located in all major areas in Chiang Mai downtown, within 5km radius from the Thapae Gate - Chiang Mai city area.
    If your hotel is outside the free pickup area, the designated meeting point is the Thapae Gate in Chiang Mai Old City, in front of McDonalds.
    Look for a guide wearing TripGuru attire or holding a TripGuru sign in your lobby.
    Kindly be at your meeting point/hotel lobby (please ensure your accommodation is within the free pickup areas) at least 10 minutes before the stated meeting/pick up time.
    The provider will confirm with you the pickup/meeting time 24 hours before.

The guide, Boon, was awesome. Very knowledgeable, great joke teller, and kind. The trip itself was only okay - probably because I didn't know what to expect, but there wasn't that much to see. We're lucky we had Boon as a guide though because his stories and anecdotes made the trip more interesting.
