Get a meet and greet from an airport representative in the arrivals lounge meeting point for transfers from Phuket Airport. All incoming flights are monitored so that your driver will be waiting at the correct time. Benefit from up to 1.5 hours of free waiting time in the event of any unexpected delays at baggage reclaim or immigration.
For departure transfers, your professional driver will meet you at your hotel and help with your luggage. Then, sit back and relax in air-conditioned comfort inside a vehicle exclusive to you.
All drivers are fully licensed and vetted by Transport for Thailand. The vehicles are fitted with GPS and tracked to ensure a smooth passenger transfer. They are regularly serviced and maintained to a high standard for a safe and comfortable journey.

Good To Know
If your hotel is located in the Bangsak or Bang Muang area, please choose the Bangsak option.
If no flight information given to the activity provider at least 24 hours before arrival, no refund will be made.
Tour provider staff will be at Domestic Door 1 or International Door 3 outside the building with the tour provider logo. Once you meet the staff they will call the driver, who is on standby outside the airport, to pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. Please look for the My Phuket Holiday airport representative. They will be wearing a blue shirt and will have a My Phuket Holiday and GetYourGuide signboard with your name on it for ease of contact.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
