1. Before each trip, you only need to select the region, usage and usage days in the APP, insert the card when you arrive, turn on the data roaming function, and you can access the Internet within 3 minutes.

2. AIRSIM is only suitable for mobile phones or tablets such as iPad, and cannot be used on WiFi eggs. You can use your phone or tablet for data sharing.

3. Except for the 24/48-hour data package, data calculation is based on Hong Kong time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Any fraction of a day will be counted as one day. The validity time of the 24/48-hour data package is calculated from the start of the data service and the continuous use of 24/48 hours.

4. Since most overseas mobile phone network operators have fair use principles, it is recommended that customers turn off the automatic update function of mobile phone software and use free WiFi when high data traffic is required.

5. AIRSIM only provides mobile data services and does not support SMS services. However, as long as you download and use the mobile app AIRTALK ROAM, you can make calls to local and local phone numbers. After flying the line, you can even answer calls from Hong Kong. The caller ID is also the mobile phone number registered by the user. The call answering function is only available for users with Hong Kong mobile phone numbers.

6. Purchase a data package in the AIRSIM ROAM App and pay directly in the App with Visa / Mastercard / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay. You can Purchase and use it Immediately.

7. AIRSIM can be used repeatedly. When you travel next time, you only need to purchase a data package in the AIRSIM APP to use the data service again.

8. The stored value in the AIRSIM face-value card can be used to purchase data packages. You can keep the balance in your AIRSIM account. After registering for the first time on the AIRSIM App, the AIRSIM account will be valid for one year. Each time you purchase a data plan, the validity of AIRSIM is automatically extended by one year.
