Prepare yourself for an experience atop the clouds as you join a hot air
balloon adventure at Mudgee! Begin at sunrise and enjoy the sight of golden
rays shimmering through the landscape as you drift along.


Enjoy a 1-hour flight through the clouds before finally coming down and
indulging in a delightful breakfast to celebrate an adventure well enjoyed!

Purchase Notice
  • The final flight information will be provided via email and text message. Please must provide a reachable mobile phone number and email to ensure you receive all flight updates, and kindly check the messages prior to the tour
  • It is recommended to wear clothing suitable for walking or hiking, enclosed waterproof shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and your camera
  • Children need to be ages 7 or above and require an accompanying adult to fly. They will also need to be at least 120 cm tall so they can see over the top of the basket. Please also keep in mind that the burner noise can be a bit frightening to young children
  • The weight limit for each individual is 140 kg, and 50 kg for children
  • Rescheduling a flight can only be done at least 72 hours before the flight and comes with a surcharge of A$25
  • The entire experience, including the breakfast after the flight, takes approximately 3.5–4.5 hours

Hot air ballooning relies on suitable weather conditions to proceed safely. Similarly, the tour may be postponed due to less than the minimum number of passengers being achieved. If your balloon flight has been canceled, a partial refund will be provided
All passengers are required to be fit and well, with no significant knee, hip, or back problems, broken bones, recent surgeries, or pregnancy, and the ability to stand unassisted for 1 hour

Ballooning is weather dependent so your digital ballooning ticket will be updated by 6 pm the night before your flight, advising if weather conditions are suitable for your flight to proceed. You will also will receive an email and SMS notification at this time
