The concept is 'the combination of ingredients and materials'. Dishes are made up of ingredients that go well together, such as autumn swordfish and tomatoes, potatoes and cheese, duck and figs. The signature dish is 'caviar, squid and vegetables'. The contrasting effect of salty and sweet flavours creates a creative taste. The restaurant minimises the number of ingredients in each dish, and strives to create dishes that leave a lasting impression of what you have eaten. Drinks include wines from all countries, both domestic and international.

If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reserved time, we may have no choice but to cancel your reservation. Please come to the restaurant well in advance.
The price of the course may vary by up to ¥2,000 depending on the availability and content of the course on the day of purchase. Please make reservations with this in mind.
