Highlights
Brett’s Outback Tasting Adventures is a delicious and fantastic gourmet food and wine tasting tour showcasing the spectacular Atherton Tablelands from Cairns and Port Douglas.
Visiting seven unique sites with a maximum of 12 passengers, you’ll sample wines, spirits, cheeses, tea, coffee, rainforest condiments, chocolates, tropical fruits, nuts, and exotic meats like crocodile and kangaroo.
Sit back, relax and take in the beautiful views of contrasting landscapes on a fascinating and tasty journey through another gem of Far North Queensland.

Sample a delicious selection of cheeses and irresistible Swiss-style chocolates at Gallo Dairyland.
Taste liqueurs and spirits at Mount Uncle Distillery and wines and beers at Platypus Hut.

Lake Barrine (8:30AM)
Enjoy a delicious breakfast of local produce and coffee while overlooking the stunning natural crater lake surrounded by lush rainforest.Nerada Tea Plantation
Here you will be tasting several of the Plantation grown, single origin teas, such as Plantation Fresh Black and Royal Devonshire, black tea with a hint of natural vanilla.Australian Platypus Park
The lunch provided here is produced onsite using their smoked products and include Crocodile, Kangaroo, Smoked chicken and Smoked Spanish Mackerel.Humpy Nut World
Stop at ‘The Humpy’, the best place to go to for freshly harvested Atherton Tablelands produce straight from the growers.Gallo DairyLand
Head through the picturesque village of Yungaburra to a fully operational dairy farm spread across 1000 acres of rich red volcanic soil with handcrafted chocolates and a gourmet cheese factory.Mt.Uncle Distillery
Stop for a tasting of some award winning spirits and enjoy the beautiful gardens and friendly animals.Skybury Cafe & Roastery (5:30PM)
For the last stop, relax at Skybury Cafe & Roastery whilst learning the insight of the finer details of coffee from tree to cup.
