AIRZONE is open daily with first session at 10.10am and last session at 7:30pm

Last admission into AIRZONE: 10 minutes after session have started
Sessions are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
Timeslots available are 10:10AM, 11:20AM, 12:30PM, 1:40PM, 2:50PM, 4PM, 5:10PM, 6:20PM, 7:30PM or 8:40PM.

All participants must be in closed-toe shoes; children below 5 years old must be accompanied by a payable supervising Adult(ticket purchase required) ; children 5 to 6 years old must be supervised by an adult in the immediate vicinity; all participants must be able to walk and climb the nets unassisted

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before the date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
Age Requirements
Participants must be able to walk unassisted, must be below 120kg and must not be pregnant.
Redemption Notes
Customers should present the voucher from Pelago at the ticketing counter (located at level 2 of City Square mall, beside customer service counter), in person, for redemption. Entry to AIRZONE is based on walk-ins, subjected to availability.

Airzone was so much fun, and the staff were super friendly, even addressed my kids by their first names! There are four storeys of netted play areas, each featuring different things to play. My 5 year old boys had such a great time there, they were begging me to take them again.
