• Adult and child rates are the same, and children must be 7 years of age or older.
• Children under 7 years old are not permitted to participate in the tour.
  
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the tour due to safety concerns.
  
• For join tours, the minimum number of participants is 2 adults.
• If the minimum number of departure passengers is not met, you will be individually notified of a full refund or date change up to 2 days before travel.
• For safety reasons, all canyoneering briefings are conducted by Korean guides. However, a local guide may be provided during pickup.
• The Korean guide will provide a tour briefing in the moving vehicle or at the canyoneering entrance.
• Depending on the weather and waves on the day, the Cebu Coast Guide (Coast Guard) will determine whether or not to sail. (Subject to cancellation before departure)
  
• Please note that turtles and schools of sardines may not appear depending on the time of occurrence and the state of the natural environment.
• Canyoneering tours are not available on the third Wednesday of every month due to canyoneering cleaning day.
• Aqua shoes are provided, but as they do not come in a variety of sizes, individual preparation is recommended.
  
• There are no separate changing rooms or shower rooms.
  
• There is a risk of being burned by the motorcycle muffler when canyoneering, so please be careful at all times.
• Departure date and time may change depending on local circumstances.
• The tour will be held even if it rains.
• The end time is flexible due to traffic congestion, etc., so please allow ample time for your next schedule.
• If you have respiratory disease or surgery experience, please inquire when making a reservation.
  
• If you need to wear a hearing aid or earplugs, please inquire when making a reservation for safety reasons.
• If you have a systemic disease or are in poor physical or mental condition due to water activities, please use caution. Please inquire when making a reservation.
• Wearing a life jacket is required and please avoid individual activities in places without safety personnel.
  
• Anyone with a hangover or who drank alcohol that day cannot participate.
• If you are deemed to be at risk for your health based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.
• Life jackets and snorkeling equipment for children are available, but depending on the child's physique and face size, the prepared equipment may not fit, so individual preparation is recommended.
• We will notify you separately if additional charges occur.
• The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, and individual notification will be provided if the event is unable to proceed.
• Partial refunds will not be issued if the time is shortened or the schedule is changed due to natural disasters, etc.
• It is difficult to use the product if you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late.
• Please keep your valuables to yourself or be careful not to lose them.
• Please make sure to purchase travel insurance individually.
• Injuries caused by personal carelessness will be covered through travel insurance, so please bring a receipt from local medical treatment.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your health (pre-existing conditions, etc.) or accidents caused by your own negligence.

• Cancellation reception criteria: 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Requests received after operating hours will be applied on the next business day.
